The Hayden Village and Sharity Is. create a unified ecosystem championing women and social good. The Hayden provides comprehensive consulting, coaching, and fractional executive support to women-led businesses, focusing on growth, community, and sustainability. Sharity Is., in partnership with The Hayden, offers resource-sharing and expert guidance on a sliding scale to non-profits aimed at women's causes and broader societal betterment. Together, they foster a culture of cooperation, creativity, and thriving impact, ensuring organizations have the tools to succeed and make a meaningful difference.
Project Two: “The Ancestors”
The Ancestors’ (working title) is a deep dive into the ancestral paths that have shaped my heritage, charting a course from the shadows of slavery to the light of the present day. This genealogical journey is not just a quest for stories long silenced but an attempt to weave these tales into the larger fabric of resilience and inheritance. Positioned at the crossroads of past discoveries and future aspirations, the project contemplates pursuing reparations and contributing to the revitalization of Freeport, IL—a place marked by the early settlement of my ancestors and other Black pioneers.

The Artist Rep. redefines boutique representation by partnering with a select group of artists who are not just creators, but changemakers using their art to drive societal change.
